I hold regular online and in-person FREE 1 hour taster sessions which give an introduction to hypnobirthing and what you can expect from one of my full courses.

Informal full hypnobirthing course, held in person in Leeds, or online via Teams, group courses are a great way to meet like minded new-parent friends!
Courses are spread out over weekly evening sessions.
A £50 deposit paid at the time of booking secures your place.

Private 1-2-1 hypnobirthing courses held in person from your home or online via Teams. 1-2-1 courses are great if you’re short on time or if group courses are just not your thing!
Courses can be spread out over weekly evening sessions or longer weekend sessions, whatever suits you!

Price – £200 per couple (you + your birth partner).
Refresher/condenced courses are perfect if you’ve done another hypnobirthing course before, maybe for a previous birth, or you purchased an online course and would now like a refresher. We’ll cover all the fundamentals of hypnobirthing, focusing on the areas you feel you need more help with.
Refresher courses are held 1-2-1 over a series of sessions online via Teams.
